HOW THE REFILL PROGRAM WORKS
Each order includes a complimentary free refill box and a prepaid return label for empty canisters, making the return process hassle-free when it's time to refill. To ensure seamless and uninterrupted use, we suggest maintaining three canisters in rotation: one in your soda maker and two en route for refilling (so that you can sip- while we ship).
Step 1: Box up 2 empty canisters
When you have 2 empty canisters and are ready to refill, simply place them into your refill box & attach the prepaid return label provided.
Step 2: Mail your refill box to us
Next, mail your refill box by either by placing it in your mailbox or dropping it off at the post office– ready for USPS to scan and ship.
Step 3: We ship 2 full canisters to you
As soon as the prepaid return label on your refill box is scanned by USPS, it notifies our team and we send out your full canisters.
