RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@kickinthekitch.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package to:

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@kickinthekitch.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it following the process above, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
