Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and destination:
- Kitchen Islands & Bar Stools: 5-10 business days
- Lighting Fixtures: 3-7 business days
- Outdoor Kitchens: 7-14 business days (due to size and freight requirements)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your location and product availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the selected shipping method. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely.
For large items like kitchen islands and outdoor kitchens, freight shipping may be required. Specific shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery & Inspection
For large furniture items, we recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours at support@kickinthekitch.com.
